Serving the Community
Women Of Virtue women’s ministry is to allow God to REACH us, Revealing, Embracing, Accepting, Changing, and being Healed. As we yield to Him reaching into us, and healing us from the inside out, we can reach out to others and bring wholeness.
In order to fulfill the purpose which God has given the women here at NLC, we must identify our assignment. Knowing your assignment produces your uniqueness.
We will be a group of women who genuinely love one another.

- We will be a standard that would uplift Christ in the church and in the world
- We will enable women to deepen their faith and experience spiritual growth and renewal
- We will help rebuild the walls of womanhood that have been torn down through generations

Our Core Services
Food Pantry Outreach
No woman should have to choose between feeding her children and paying rent. Our faith-based organization supports local food pantries ensuring that families will have access to nourishing food in a welcoming, judgement-free environment.
Supporting the Homeless
We walk alongside women and families facing homelessness by offering direct support, connection to shelter resources, and long-term guidance. We don’t just meet needs—we build relationships that empower lasting change.
Affordable Housing Advocacy
Housing is a basic human right. That’s why we work tirelessly to promote safe, stable, and affordable housing solutions for vulnerable women in our community. Through partnerships and advocacy, we help create pathways to permanent housing.
Healing for Domestic Abuse Survivors
For women escaping the pain of domestic violence, we offer more than just support—we offer a path to healing. From spiritual counseling to crisis intervention and referral services, we provide comfort and tools for a new beginning.
